Our Story

After learning the ins and outs of carpentry, electric and plumbing as a crew member in the video production industry, Tim O’Connor founded O’Connor Property Services in 1995. From the outset, the company has focused on providing a full range of services to meet the varied needs of its clientele, a mix of individual homeowners, commercial property owners and tenants, real estate agents and property managers.

In 2001, Tim acquired O'Connor Property Management with the intention of caring for other owners’ properties as if they were his own. Since that time O’Connor Property Management has expanded to manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the St. Louis metro area.

Because we focus on ensuring that each client is completely satisfied upon completion of the job, our client list keeps growing. We hope to add you to that list and provide you with the same quality work and customer service that has kept our customers happy over the years.

When not on a job site, Tim can be found at Blues hockey games, the Chess Club of St. Louis or a local music venue. He lives with his wife in a 116-year-old house in the Central West End.
