About Up 2 Code

Tim O'Connor, owner of UP 2 Code, has worked in the home repair/maintenance industry since 1995. He has worked for hundreds of property owners throughout the St. Louis metro area and has become familiar with the housing codes and inspectors in various municipalities.

Our goal is to make life easier on the real estate agents and homeowners.  By providing top to bottom service, real estate agents can have the piece of mind knowing that one company will handle all the repair needs required.  While the owner benefits from timely work and the opportunity to pay for these services at closing.
